My backstory
Before I began my own empowerment journey, I had what might have looked like an “ideal” life from the outside: the corporate job, the long-term relationship.
But inside, I couldn’t shake the gnawing feeling that something was very wrong…
I felt completely disconnected - from my body, my emotions, my voice, my intuition, my power and pleasure.
Each week, I repeated the same cycle: work for someone else’s dream, party all weekend, crash, repeat.
Behind closed doors, my relationship was a tangle of resentment and defensiveness-neither of us had the tools to end our patterns of wounding, break down our walls, and become truly vulnerable and loving with one another.
I felt guilty anytime I prioritized my own needs, and I found it incredibly hard to say NO to people, experiences, and things that were not right for me.
I became an expert at feeling nothing, using substances to numb the pain of self-doubt, exhaustion and anxiety, and convinced myself that I needed alcohol or drugs to be interesting or fun.
The more I silenced my own voice and broke promises to myself, the less I felt deserving of anything positive. I remember sitting in my car before work feeling like the worst person on the planet, thinking: “Why would anyone want to be around me?”
But from the depths of that darkness emerged a spark of transformation. In the midst of despair, I found the courage to undertake a profound inner healing journey and I went in search of answers…
My turning point arrived during my first Ayahuasca ceremony, where I saw a different path - one of healing, traveling, and helping others. I left my job and relationship, and ventured into the jungle of Peru, where I volunteered at an Ayahuasca retreat center.
I continued to travel the world solo for 2 years, diving deep into the practices of breathwork, tantra, and sacred sexuality, where the healing and transformation I experienced were profound.
Under the guidance of Layla Martin, I discovered the potency of sexual energy to heal, achieving a 650-hour Tantric Approach to Sex, Love, and Relationships Coaching Certification.
When Psilocybin Facilitation was legalized in Oregon under Measure 109, I was thrilled to become one of the first licensed facilitators to offer psilocybin journeys.
Today, I stand in a place of proud empowerment. I've taken back control of my life and my destiny, crafting my own business and shaping how I spend my precious time.
Working to heal my own inner wounds and patterns allowed me to create an epic, soul-level connection with my beloved that thrives on mutual respect, honesty, security, and adoration (and yes, amazing sex)!
Today, I know deep within that I hold wisdom and incredible gifts meant to be shared far and wide. My time spent in the jungle, working with plant medicine, has solidified my commitment to integrity, inspiring me to guide others through profound transformation.
